Operations & Billing Coordinator
LaSalle Network is hiring an Operations & Billing Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity with a growing transportation and logistics organization in Itasca, IL. Responsibilities include:
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Process billing documentation and support basic billing functions
- Communicate with customers and finance teams via email
- Upload PODs (Proofs of Delivery) and shipment documentation
- Enter and update customer information in a Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to documentation requests
- Provide shipment tracking information and updates
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support general operational and administrative tasks
Requirements include:
- High school diploma required
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfortable working with data entry and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Logistics experience not required
- Open to recent graduates and entry-level candidates
Key details include:
- Shift: Monday-Friday first shift
- Compensation: $20.00-$24.00/hr
