This two-semester appointment includes course development during the second half of Autumn 2026 (10/19/2026 to 12/17/2026), followed by course instruction during Spring 2027 (1/11/2027 to 5/4/2027).The course is “PUBHHMP 7632: Strategic Change for Public Health and Population Health Management” [3 credits]. This course focuses on the theories, concepts and methods of strategic planning and the management of organizational change as it applies to public health and population health management endeavors. Key topics include population health frameworks, data-driven decision-making, cross-sector collaboration, value-based care models, organizational transformation and change leadership.
