About the Position
We are hiring Yard Switchers in Montgomery, Alabama, offering $21 to $22 per hour. This role requires a CDL A or B with previous yard switching experience. This is a driving opportunity that provides real support from a dedicated team.
Pay & Schedule Details
- Pay Rate: $21 to $22 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Shifts: 12-hour shifts from 6 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a yard truck with a 53' dry van trailer
- Perform yard switching duties with no-touch freight
Minimum Requirements
- Valid CDL A or B
- 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
- Previous yard switching experience required
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
