You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson is searching for an associate ready to step into a Project Manager position for a key customer account (Large Piping Fabricator).## ResponsibilitiesProject Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Performance, and workflow efficiency* Manage key customer account from inquiry to award date through project closeout.* Collaborate with customer, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.* Develop and manage multiple project schedules* Monitor progress of overall construction activities.* Lead calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor* Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities. technical issues, documentation, etc.* Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.* Review and approve suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities## Qualifications* Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred.* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.* Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.* Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.* Strong organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.* Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization* Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
