What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Board Certification in OB/GYN (M.D. or D.O.) with active VA license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• DEA certification
• Proven experience managing obstetric and gynecologic cases
• Ability to handle high patient volume with professionalism and empathy
• Excellent documentation skills with EPIC EMR system
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-risk pregnancies and GYN surgeries
• Previous work in busy hospital settings or birth centers
• Additional certifications or training in maternal-fetal medicine or gynecologic surgery

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical OB/GYN experience
• Prior experience with 24-hour shift schedules preferred

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts (8 am to 8 am) with at least one week of call per month
• Ability to support occasional GYN surgeries and clinic coverage for high-risk patients
• Clean background with no pending or settled malpractice cases
• Ability to complete credentialing within 30-60 days
• Travel expenses (gas, tolls, hotels) are billable when applicable
• Starting date: July 20, 2026
