Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance brand equity, drive business growth, and maintain the prestige and exclusivity of a lifestyle brand. This role oversees marketing initiatives, product positioning, customer engagement, and brand communications while ensuring consistency with the brand's heritage, values, and premium market positioning. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of a portfolio of Lifestyle Eyewear brands Develops and drives business and marketing plans/budget for North America Analyzes sales to understand and react to the current business situation for brands managed Reports on business and distribution strategy for all sales channels Develops commercial ideas to help drive both wholesale shipments and retail sales – collaborating with the Trade Marketing/Marketing Services team for execution. U.S. liaison with counterparts in Italy Creates brand presentations, product release presentations, assortment plans, brand news updates and other training materials for sales support Actively participates in distribution strategy development by channel Participates in product selection, pricing and collection maintenance Works closely with planning to allocate product by channel of distribution Retail Market Week: presents brand and product direction, maintains line sheets and samples in addition to developing sell through initiatives by Retailer Optical Business Development Events: partners with sales team to help present the brands, showcase products and develop programs to drive sell through Key Accounts: Provides brand approval and brand presentation materials to key accounts to help solidify future orders for future releases Opportunity for Travel Experience Requirements & Skills: Minimum of 6 years Brand Management experience required. Fashion and/or luxury experience strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred Interest in fashion accessories Strong Analytical approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced in MS Office applications with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Polished, professional and fashion forward individuals with demonstrated success in Brand Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
