Treasury /AP Accountant

Location: Weston, FL

Pay: $65K–$70K/year

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Morning Shift

Type: Temp-to-Hire | 100% Onsite

Seeking a detail-oriented Treasury/AP Accountant to support cash management, banking operations, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for an accounting or finance professional looking to grow their treasury and corporate finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Support cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting.
• Process ACH, wire, and other banking transactions .
• Review and process vendor invoices and employee expenses.
• Manage weekly payment runs and resolve AP discrepancies.
• Prepare journal entries and support intercompany transactions.
• Assist with month-end close, audits, and SOX controls.
• Support process improvements and ERP/treasury system initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field .
• 4–8+ years of accounting or treasury experience with strong cash management exposure.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, cash forecasting, and AP .
• ERP experience such as SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle .
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP .
• Knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, banking operations, and internal controls.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Public company, SOX, IPO readiness, FX, or intercompany experience is a plus.
