Senior Technical Program Analyst

Responsibilities & Qualifications Senior Technical Program Analyst. The Senior Technical Program Analyst serves as Key Personnel under the NSWCDD Corporate IT Services contract. This position provides expert-level support to the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) program by managing, coordinating, and monitoring enterprise network services. The Senior NEN Analyst acts as the primary liaison between NSWCDD and the Navy NEN Program Office, ensuring compliance with all enterprise standards, service-level expectations, and network operational procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering. Certification 8570 IAT Level II certification Clearance Secret (T3 investigation)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide enterprise-level support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) systems, ensuring consistent connectivity, access, and compliance with Navy cybersecurity standards. Manage and track NEN service requests and provisioning activities through approved Navy tools and processes (e.g., NET tool and NEN ordering systems). Coordinate with NAVWAR, NEN Tier III, and NMCI teams to resolve enterprise network incidents and service disruptions. Support network transition, optimization, and modernization efforts in alignment with DoD and Navy initiatives. Maintain records of user accounts, hardware provisioning, and service order statuses within the NEN framework. Review and verify network-related documentation and procedures for adherence to configuration management and cybersecurity policies. Support user onboarding, account management, and hardware lifecycle tracking across multiple NSWCDD departments. Identifyrecurring network or service issues and propose corrective actions to improve operational efficiency. Provide reporting and analysis on NEN service performance metrics and SLA adherence. Serve as the local point of contact for coordination of NEN activities impacting NSWCDD operations.
