The pay range for this role is $38,000 to $55,500, taking into account the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. Why you'll love this job This job is a member of the Airport Stations Team within the Customer Experience Division. Responsible for performing a wide variety of office and administrative duties for the management and airport stations team. What you'll do Handles incoming calls and correspondence, and refers to appropriate area or personnel Creates and maintains filing systems Makes travel arrangements when necessary Receives visitors and assists with employee issues as well other personnel Works with confidential and personal material Performs other duties as required All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High School diploma or GED 2 years previous office/clerical experience Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Knowledge of AA invoice and payment systems Knowledge of Workbrain Timekeeping system Knowledge of SABRE/DECS/RES as well as QuickBuy Purchasing Skills, Licenses & Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure Ability to prioritize work, be detail oriented and meet deadlines Ability to perform in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
