Base pay range $180,000.00/yr - $270,000.00/yr Are you ready to lead and inspire a team towards operational excellence? Our client is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee all plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency align with corporate goals. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage production schedules, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is based in the Southeast U.S. All candidates must be open to relocation. Direct plant activities to meet production goals within budgetary constraints. Maintain cost-effectiveness by coordinating production and matrixed departments. Implement and monitor production schedules and standard operating procedures. Lead initiatives for plant safety, environmental responsibility, quality, and cost efficiency. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of plant personnel. Ensure plant facilities and equipment are maintained to minimize hazards. Prepare and review production forecasts and budgets. Monitor operating performance and ensure timely financial reporting. Manage inventory and coordinate compliance with product specifications. Collaborate with other plants to optimize resource utilization. Travel to other locations may be required during plant start-up. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business, or 8 years of equivalent experience. 10+ years of plant management experience. Proficient in budget management and financial statements. Strong background in manufacturing methods and process improvement. 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, including AOP and P90 planning. Plant start-up experience is a plus. Skills: Safety-first mentality. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven leadership and training abilities. Strong organizational and managerial skills. Effective problem-solving and time management skills. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
