We continue to lead because of our world-class, inclusive workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.Job ResponsibilitiesTransformation & Strategic ExecutionLead and execute cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned to CHVAC Americas strategic prioritiesTranslate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, programs, and measurable outcomesDrive operational improvements across sales, service, and support functions to enhance productivity and customer impactOperational Excellence & Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and standardize best practices across the organizationPartner with key stakeholders to modernize tools, systems, and workflowsImplement governance and tracking mechanisms to ensure delivery against key milestones and KPIsSales & Service EnablementSupport development and deployment of enablement programs that improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagementCollaborate with sales and service leadership to identify capability gaps and drive targeted improvementsLeverage analytics and insights to inform performance optimizationChange Management & Stakeholder EngagementDrive organizational alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change managementBuild strong relationships across functions and levels to influence outcomes and drive accountabilityCommunicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of program or project management25% travel including internationalPreferred QualificationsMBA or advanced degreePMP CertificationLeadership coaching and development experienceExperience in industrials, HVAC, or related sectorsProven ability to translate strategy into execution in a complex, matrixed environmentExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skillsDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable business impactStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually.
