About the Team Decagon’s Talent team partners directly with company leadership to shape org design, define what success looks like, and hire the people who will shape our future. About the Role Decagon is growing quickly and we’re looking for a Technical Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technical talent. You’ll work closely with our Recruiters and Engineering leaders to identify the people we want at Decagon and figure out how to get them excited about what we’re building. You’ll own top-of-funnel across some of our highest-priority technical searches, from mapping talent markets and identifying great candidates to crafting outreach and building relationships. We care more about raw ability, drive, and potential than whether you’ve followed a traditional recruiting career path. This could be a great fit for an agency recruiter looking to move in-house, a Recruiting Coordinator or Sourcer ready to take on more ownership, or someone from a high-velocity sales environment who wants to build a career in Talent. In this role, you will Source and engage exceptional talent across Engineering and other technical roles Build creative sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill searches Develop a strong understanding of technical profiles and what differentiates great engineers Research companies, teams, and talent markets to identify candidates others might miss Write thoughtful, personalized outreach that gets candidates excited about Decagon Partner closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to understand their teams, calibrate on talent, and continuously improve searches Build relationships with candidates and create an exceptional experience from the first interaction Experiment with AI and new tools to make sourcing faster, smarter, and more effective Take on increasing ownership across the recruiting process as you grow Your background looks something like this 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in sourcing, agency recruiting, recruiting coordination, sales, or another high-velocity environment You’re highly motivated and want to accelerate your career You’re naturally curious and enjoy learning how companies, teams, and technologies work You’re a strong communicator and comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with people you don’t know You’re resourceful and willing to try different approaches when the obvious answer doesn’t work You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once You thrive in fast-moving environments with high expectations Even better if you have Experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent Experience at a recruiting agency or executive search firm A track record of outperforming goals or taking on responsibility quickly Genuine interest in AI, startups, and technology A competitive streak and a desire to become exceptional at your craft Compensation $110k - $160k + equity Benefits We proudly offer the following benefits for our full-time employees: Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family Life Insurance and Disability Benefits Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension) Parental Leave Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot Monthly stipend to support your wellness, lifestyle, and work‑life balance Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave) These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon’s policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr AI Chopping Block
