Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Crew member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces of our facility to a high standard. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Performs general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
- Rakes and maintains sand bunkers.
- Operates small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing.
- Prepares soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
- Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
- Assists with golf course set-up procedures.
- Operates utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
- Performs skilled duties related to experience (pruning, plugging, etc.).
- Operates equipment safely and is aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Extended education in a related agriculture/landscape is preferred but not required.
- Experience in golf or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
Experience
- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification
- Driver's License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute
