VVG is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in San Diego, CA for following hours: Monday-Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm!

Job Duties

• Greeting customers and obtaining detailed information on their vehicle
• Processing paperwork and updating customers throughout the repair process
• Proactively supporting all customer interactions
• Ensuring our customers receive the best answer to their questions
• Ensure accurate data and information is always considered
• Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives
• Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories to better assist customer needs.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications

• Customer service oriented
• Good typing ability
• Great organizational skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Ability to efficiently manage and follow up with orders
• Ability to manage, prioritize and stay organized
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

Compensation

• Hourly $23+ Commission
• Full Time position

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times (if applicable)
• Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check
