Associate Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient - Houston, TX
COMPENSATION: $300k base + Bonus

To support continued growth, our client is seeking high-caliber primary care physicians and clinical leaders who are motivated by purpose, professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and communities.
Role:
- Salary: Base $300,000
- Bonus: up to 25% of base salary
- Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule

Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
- Education: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
