Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Assist buyers in selecting the right vehicle by listening to their needs and preferences
- Become an expert on all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram vehicles, including features, packages, and technology
- Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with buyers to create lasting customer relationships
- Learn to confidently overcome objections and excel in sales situations
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve performance goals and track progress
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to success every day
What We're Looking For:
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Willingness to learn and master vehicle product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Professional appearance and a confident, friendly demeanor
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon a conditional offer
