This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am-5pm
• Patients per day: 20-22
• Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic
• Scope: Outpatient
• State Licensure: Must have an unrestricted State License, be Board Certified, and have a Basic Life Support (BLS) and a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification
• Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: None
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
