Vice PresidentCentennial is seeking a Vice President role located in Burlington, KY for a manufacturer and distributor of precast concrete products with a customer centric approach. Looking for a well rounded leader to be responsible for growth of sales, improved operations and strategic planning.The goal of the Vice President is to boost profits and make the company run smoothly. They oversee all the departments within the company, helping the Managers and Supervisors in those units deliver exceptional performance. Developing key performance goals and managing the performance of the staffCreating and implementing strategies for business growthEnsuring that departments deliver quality offerings to clientsWorking closely with sales and operations improve efficiency and performanceImproving internal processes for better productivity and profitabilityOverseeing large projects and interpreting performance reportsManaging the budget and monitoring the financial health of the business (full P&L responsibility)Leading and fostering customer service and "can-do" cultureRequirements:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred.· 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience· Experience in manufacturing processes· Strong customer focus in both sales and service· Demonstrated success driving growth, profitability, and organizational transformation· Experience leading strategic planning, operational improvement, and culture development initiatives
