Job Description

A Home Health Aide provides essential in-home care to patients, supporting their daily living activities and promoting overall well-being in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
Help with mobility and transfer tasks safely
Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare professionals
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Follow care plans and document patient progress
