Fluoropolymer Resources LLC (FRL) is currently seeking a dedicated results driven Outside Material Handler , in our North Windham, CT Facility. FRL is the global leader in reprocessing of melted processable fluoropolymers, as well as the distribution of virgin fluoropolymer resin. Position Summary:

The Material Handler will be responsible for the picking and the moving of the material. This position reports to the Production Manager and will have growth opportunities for a dedicated and results driven individual.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Able to work outside at all times regardless of the elements; able to lift 50-pound bags regularly as part of normal job responsibilities.

· Communicate regularly with Operations Manager, Production Superintendent, and Material Handler Lead and is able to change priorities in a timely manner as needed.

· Condense boxes, bags and drums of material to maximize space. Reports new location of LP in the ERP system. Consolidate and repack boxes and pallets of material as needed.

· Keep areas in and around pallets clean and organized at all times.

· Work in a safe and efficient manner.

· Fork Truck training is mandatory to operate Fork Lifts and Picking equipment.

· Comply with safety rules and regulations on an everyday basis.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Previous material handling experience is desired.

· At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing plant is ideal.
