Job ID: 26-20157 Pay Range: Weekly Gross Pay: $2,600.00 (subject to completion of scheduled hours) Key Responsibilities:

• $2,600/week top pay for 40 hours!
• Multi-modality role work in home health, outpatient, AND acute care keep your skills sharp and varied!
• Variety of settings will work at area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits
• Mix of patient populations post-op, sports injury, geriatrics never a dull moment!
• Flexible schedule prefer 8hr days, but may consider 4x10s
• Beautiful Colorado location Hugo offers small-town charm with wide-open spaces and scenic views
• Manager interview & quick offer streamlined hiring process!
• Both Local & Travel welcome locals accepted with 1-mile radius!
• Shift: 8hr Days (MondayFriday) may consider 4x10s
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong general experience required including post-op, sports injury, and geriatrics
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient experience preferred
• Must be willing to travel to area facilities within a 60-mile radius for home health visits
• Current Colorado license or compact PT license required
• Current BLS certification required (AHA preferred)
• Prior travel experience required
• Locals are accepted no radius restriction
• Bill rate is all inclusive
