Quick Facts Location: Olympia, WA Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date/Duration: Based on scheduling needs Shift: 24-Hour Beeper Call (Inpatient) Hours/Week: Variable, typically 1 week/month with 3-4 shifts Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certs: Active Washington license or IMLC, BC in Urology, DEA required Experience: Urology surgical skills preferred; at least 1 year of relevant experience recommended Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please submit your bid for confirmation) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements, when applicable What You’ll Do Provide inpatient urology coverage during scheduled shifts Respond to 24-hour beeper calls, providing consultation and surgical support as needed Conduct callback duties averaging 4-5 hours daily (may vary) Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal patient care Manage urology cases and emergencies efficiently during call periods Maintain timely documentation and adhere to facility protocols What You Need Active U.S. medical license in Washington or eligible via IMLC Board Certified in Urology DEA registration Surgical urology experience (preferred) Strong communication and clinical skills Ability to work independently during call shifts About the Assignment This assignment involves providing inpatient urology coverage at a reputable facility in Olympia, WA.
