Position Summary Our Consultants within the Organization, Workforce & Change team support clients in solving complex business and workforce challenges through structured analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and implementation support. In this role, you will help organizations translate strategy into actionable workforce and change solutions that improve performance and enable transformation. The ideal candidate brings consulting experience, strong analytical capabilities, and experience contributing to client-facing deliverables in fast-paced environments. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree2+ years of experience in consulting, workforce transformation, organization transformation, change management, or human capital projects2+ years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to support client recommendations2+ years of experience creating client-ready deliverables using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel2+ years of experience supporting project workstreams, status tracking, and stakeholder coordinationAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: Proven experience with prompting and/or building Custom GPTs in a workplace environment.Active membership in at least 1 Human Capital-related professional organization; completion of at least 1 relevant course or certification; or attendance at a minimum of 1 industry conference or workshop within the past year. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,700 to $170,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
