divh2Job Title/h2pThe primary focus of this role is to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students with disabilities or those suspected of having disabilities. This role is vital in supporting our Special Education team in identifying and addressing student needs in compliance with state and federal guidelines./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliConduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with IDEA and Illinois state guidelines/liliParticipate in eligibility and IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations/liliCollaborate with educators, interventionists, social workers, and other support staff to promote student success/liliInterpret assessment data and communicate findings clearly and effectively to families and school teams/liliMaintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school, district, and legal requirements/liliSupport multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and help monitor student progress/liliContribute to a culture of inclusivity, growth, and support for students with diverse learning needs/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliValid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement/liliExperience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in a school setting/liliStrong knowledge of special education law, assessment tools, and intervention strategies/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively across two campuses/liliCommitment to equity and access in education/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience in urban or charter school environments/liliFamiliarity with SSM or other student data systems/liliFluent in Spanish preferred/li/ulpstrong Equal Opportunity Employer /strong/ppIntrinsic Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
