Finance Manager

This hands-on role will partner closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance and provide strategic insight across departments. Responsibilities Lead financial ownership of the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow Drive budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with operations on revenue, cost, and profitability analysis Oversee AP, AR, and payroll functions through supervision of small accounting team Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements; explain variances to forecast Deliver insights to improve operational efficiency and financial results Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate finance on reporting and tax filings Support upcoming system implementations and automation initiatives Lead financial guidance and act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager Qualifications 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience 2+ years in construction, design/build, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field QuickBooks Desktop experience required Experience leading or mentoring a small team Experience with systems implementations or process automation Nice to have: Experience with NetSuite, Sage, or other Tier 2 ERP systems Salary range: $140,000 – $150,000 + 5% bonus 2 weeks of paid vacation. 1 week of sick time. 6 paid holidays 401(k) with employer match Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and AD&D insurance Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled: The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
