Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns. Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly to customers. Prepare estimates, explain repair costs, and obtain customer authorization. Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure efficient workflow. Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, and completion times. Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed. Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Help achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and service department goals. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience with Automate service software is a plus.
