Retail Sales Associate — Legacy Toys At Legacy Toys, we believe shopping for toys should be as fun as playing with them. As a Retail Sales Associate, you're the face of that experience — welcoming customers of all ages, helping them find exactly what they're looking for, and making sure every visit feels worth coming back for. If you love people, love toys, and genuinely enjoy making someone's day, you'll fit right in. What You’ll Do Greet and welcome customers as they walk in Help customers find products and answer questions about features, pricing, and special orders Share your knowledge — and enthusiasm — about our products, including hands‑on demos when possible Inform customers about discounts, promotions, and our rewards program Handle customer checkouts Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best Handle customer concerns promptly and with a positive attitude Share customer feedback with your Store Manager Stay current on new products and what’s trending Attend team meetings Make someone’s day a little brighter What We’re Looking For Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person Friendly, clear communicator who can connect with kids and adults alike Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling transactions A genuinely positive attitude (it’s contagious) What You’ll Get Legacy Bucks — quarterly store credit earned based on your hours Employee discount Flexible scheduling First look at new products and arrivals Staff Picks — your recommendations featured on the floor A clear path to grow into Shift Lead and beyond #J-18808-Ljbffr
