First‑Time Fix Rate: Accurately diagnose issues and complete repairs on the initial service call. Response Time: Respond to service requests within the defined time frame. Service Revenue Generation: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, recommend solutions, and meet revenue targets. Upsell and cross‑sell opportunities. Service Agreement Enrollment: Enroll customers in service agreements. Productivity and Utilization: Manage work orders efficiently, minimize downtime, and maximize billable hours. Technical Excellence: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure optimal performance. Inventory Management: Track vehicle inventory and parts stock accurately. Safety Adherence: Maintain a perfect safety record following protocols. Documentation Accuracy: Maintain accurate records on Service Titan. Team Collaboration: Collaborate and assist colleagues. Professionalism and Communication: Uphold professional communication and appearance. Attendance and Punctuality: Consistently attend and arrive on time. Additional duties as assigned.
