Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 Hours per Week)

Days: Monday–Friday

Start Date: August 2026 (2026–2027 School Year)

End Date: End of the 2026–2027 School Year

Work Setting: Onsite 

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, itinerant position serves students in grades K–12 with a caseload of approximately 70 students.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting students' communication development while collaborating with educators and related service providers in a dynamic school-based setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades K–12
Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students across assigned school sites
Provide Response to Intervention (RTI) services with a focus on articulation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to support student success
Maintain strong case management practices, including accurate documentation and record keeping
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:
Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience providing RTI services and articulation intervention preferred
Strong case management, documentation, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
