BrightStar Care of Eugene, OR is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team providing home-based care!

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Providing premium, personalized care through professional look, PPE compliance and actions
• Various personal care services as necessary to meet the client's or patient's needs
• Providing assistance with day-to-day tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, ostomy care, ADLs, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor and other appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
• Assisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of Nursing

CNA or Caregiver Requirements:

• Current Oregon CNA license in good standing preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience is required
• High school diploma or GED
• Certified CPR, physical, negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, food handler card
• Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
• Excellent references
• Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen
• Must pass caregiver competencies
• Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
