Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional extended hours during open enrollment and peak seasons
Pay: $18.00/hour DOE

What You'll Do


As a key member of a client-focused team, you'll help individuals navigate complex health insurance decisions with confidence and peace of mind.

Primary Responsibilities

• Guide clients through health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options
• Serve as a trusted advocate by providing personalized support and education
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through email communication
• Assist clients with enrollment processes, policy questions, and ongoing support needs
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
• Help manage increased client needs during enrollment periods
• Participate in community outreach events, educational seminars, and networking opportunities
• Build lasting relationships with clients through professionalism, empathy, and reliability

Qualifications

Required

• Previous office or administrative experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work extended hours during busy enrollment seasons
• Professional, dependable, and highly motivated work ethic

Preferred

• Active Montana Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain licensure
• Experience in a medical office, pharmacy, healthcare, insurance, or senior services setting
• Knowledge of health insurance products and enrollment processes
• Experience working directly with clients in a consultative or service-focused role
