Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead nursing teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. The role partners with physicians and staff to optimize processes, staffing, and bed management while promoting Mercy’s mission and standards. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 3–5 years in hospital nursing, and current ACLS/TNCC/ENPC or PALS training or a plan to acquire within probation.
