• Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25/hr.
• Shift: 1st. - 6AM - 230PM
• Temp - Hire

What’s a typical day as QC Final Inspector I? You’ll be:

• Performing in-process and final inspections of packed columns to ensure they meet customer and internal specifications using visual inspections, measurements, and functional testing.
• Reviewing and approving Device History Record (DHR) documentation for product release and shipment.
• Working from engineering prototypes, drawings, work instructions, and test procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborating with production operators to segregate finished goods until final release.
• Preparing nonconformance reports and providing feedback and suggestions to improve product and process quality.
• Evaluating and setting up test equipment, and supporting the company’s Quality System and ISO certification standards.

 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a visual inspector in a manufacturing environment (required).
• Possess familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA-regulated environments (preferred).
• Have advanced inspection techniques training at the junior college level (preferred, but not required).
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Can meet the physical requirements, including visual acuity, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing/walking for 4-5 hours at a time.
