Olive Branch Health and Rehab – Job Description Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history and referrals from doctors or surgeons Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move about Develop an individualized treatment plan Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans accordingly Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment options and what to expect from the recovery process. Job Type: PRN Medical Specialty: 90 bed short term rehab facility Schedule: must be available to commit to one weekend a month or two weekend days per month and one holiday per year for evaluations (New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas), also looking for weekday availability to cover for vacation requests and sick days License/Certification: Florida PT license Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
