If you've built your career in home improvement, roofing, construction, or insurance-claims sales - and you're used to generating your own business, hitting real numbers, and getting paid for performance - this is built for you. This isn't a lead-mill gig where you sit back and wait for the phone to ring. About half your week is spent building your own pipeline - door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and territory development - and the other half converting warm, company-generated leads from our in-house R3 marketing system. And unlike a lot of sales roles, we hold you to clear specific sales quotas and performance targets, because we want people who are motivated by hitting numbers, not just staying busy.
