We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join the Ninety Nine Restaurant + Pub family. You will manage kitchen teams, oversee back‑of‑house operations, and support the senior manager in delivering quality service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and compliance with health & safety standards. Assist the Assistant Manager in menu execution, inventory control, and daily operations. Coordinate training and development for new hires. Maintain a positive work environment and promote team collaboration. Qualifications 1–2+ years experience in restaurant management strongly preferred. Kitchen or back‑of‑house leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Benefits In‑depth Management Training Program.
