This team supports the hardware and infrastructure that power our services, ensuring critical systems remain operational in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.About the Role:As a Data Center Technician, you will help ensure the overall availability and reliability of data center operations. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and support of mission-critical infrastructure. You will work onsite at one of our data center locations and may participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours operational needs.In this role, you will:Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliabilityConduct hardware and network diagnostics and repairsPerform root cause analysis of hardware and software failuresTrain internal teamsDevelop documentationProvide technical support to data center teamsDevelop scripts to update server and networking hardwareMaintain inventoryAssemble and install equipmentPerform maintenance of test and tool equipmentTravel up to 10% of the time to other data center locations as required by business needsRespond to on-site equipment failures or emergencies within 60 minutes while scheduled on-callWho You Are:Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and assemblyExperience working with Linux operating systemsAbility to regularly transport and position equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing diagnostic and repair tasksAbility to maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces, including under-floor areas or on ladders, to access server racksAbility to perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, including handling small hardware components and cablesAvailability to work a flexible schedule within a 24/7 environment, including participation in a rotating on-call shiftExperience in data center environmentsExperience with computer networkingExperience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languagesExperience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOSAssociate's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related fieldReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this positionWondering if you're a good fit?We believe in investing in our people, and value candidates who can bring their own diversified experiences to our teams – even if you aren't a 100% skill or experience match. Come join us!The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $83,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
