Responsibilities Perform all router steps on the work order required to complete a pump build which includes but is not limited to kitting, sub‑assembly, and boxing of pump. Follow standard work in the production cell to conform to product design specifications and comply with all quality assurance procedures. Perform TPM (total preventative maintenance) on department tools and equipment. Perform Hydro‑test on required work order and capture certificate. Ensure duties performed meet company policies, procedures, and safety requirements. Capture production log and report to Supervisor and Lead daily. Maintain inventory accuracies by transacting work order and move orders properly and completely in Oracle. Responsible for completing priorities set forth by the lead and supervisor for the day. Comply with the Company’s policies and procedures. Perform all duties as assigned by the department lead to support production. Demonstrate commitment to safety & continual improvement of OH&S (Occupational Health and Safety) performance, registered standards, company policy, integrity, ethics, and legal compliance. Practice lean manufacturing and continuous improvement in daily work. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company procedures and rules. Work overtime as required. All other duties assigned. Qualifications Education: High school or equivalent preferred. Experience: No product assembly experience required; ability to learn; experience using air and hand tools; mechanically inclined; assembly or production experience a plus; packaging and palletizing in production experience a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and conform to company standards and building requirements; ability to work in a standing environment; ability to read and comprehend simple instructions; mechanically inclined; must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis. Pay Range: $20.00 per hour Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
