What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care. Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care. Partner closely with doctors and team members to create outstanding patient experiences. Support patient retention by building trust and long-term relationships. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control standards. Help contribute to a productive, positive, and collaborative office culture. What We’re Looking For Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of California. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and patient education skills. Schedule Mon-Fri (8-5, 9-6, 10-7) (business hours vary) and 1-2 Sat per month 8-3:30p. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!). A current CPR certification. Compensation $60-65 per hour plus uncapped hygiene comp bonus opportunity.
