Role Description The Attorney Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Livingston, NJ. This position is responsible for managing incoming client inquiries, conducting detailed intake interviews, and accurately documenting case facts and client information. The role includes evaluating potential matters for alignment with the firm’s practice areas, coordinating appointment scheduling, and preparing files and summaries for attorneys. The Attorney Intake Specialist will communicate with clients, opposing parties, and third parties as needed, maintain organized records, and support the legal team with follow-up, basic research, and administrative tasks that facilitate efficient case handling. Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to understand and summarize legal issues clearly. Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and related practice areas helpful for initial case assessment. Ability to support attorneys in providing Legal Advice by accurately gathering and organizing client information.
