An experienced audit professional with 2+ years of public accounting experience and strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills is needed to deliver industry-focused audit and assurance services, supervise audit engagements, perform substantive testing, evaluate internal controls, and support team development. This full-time position is available immediately. The hybrid role is based in the client's regional office (company details kept confidential). The salary range is $67,880 to $172,950 depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Key responsibilities include engaging with clients year-round to gather information, complete testing, and address inquiries; planning, supervising, and executing audit engagement activities from start to finish; performing and reviewing substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements; assessing internal controls, identifying deficiencies, and providing recommendations for improvement; participating in discussions with Managers and Partners regarding findings and business recommendations; receiving on-the-job coaching and participating in firmwide learning programs; building strong internal and external relationships through networking and collaboration; supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and mentoring; and participating in firm events and activities supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree with required CPA-eligible coursework, CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA completion, minimum 2 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm, strong time-management, communication, and interpersonal relationship-building skills, demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational, and project-management abilities, adaptability, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
