- # SCM Manager (f/m/d)Applylocations: Wertheimtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R\_00103888**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!**# Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: * Providing technical and managerial leadership and fostering the professional development of employees within the area of responsibility* Analyzing internal and external logistics processes and working to continuously improve these operational structures* Managing the flow of purchased parts, raw materials, and in-house manufactured parts—in some cases across multiple production sites—through to the delivery of the final product.* As part of the overall order processing workflow, you will be in constant contact with internal process partners.* Compiling and evaluating statistics, KPIs, and reports* Preparing a capacity analysis based on sales planning* Initiating coordinated measures in the event of schedule disruptions* Further developing, coordinating across organizational units, and implementing the supply chain strategy* Initiating production orders on time while considering economic factors* Developing planning scenarios using ERP and other planning tools# Qualifications:Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on logistics, or a completed vocational training program with additional training and 5 years of professional experience in supply chain management* Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP , as well as comprehensive user skills in MS Office, particularly Excel* Strong leadership skills* Excellent written and spoken German and English* Strong analytical skills, as well as a structured, independent, and methodical approach to work and problem-solving abilities* Team spirit, communication, and coordination skills The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
