Assistant Store Director

Basic Responsibilities To assist the store director in coordinating and directing all phases of store operations. Essential duties include, but are not limited to: Observe and enforce all store rules and company policies. Plan, organize, direct, and control all store activities and operations with the assistance of department managers and other supervisory personnel. Be responsible for making sure that the store is in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety and security standards and procedures for all areas within the store and parking lot. Skills/Qualifications: Should have recognizable experience in management of others. Be able to meet or exceed targeted financial goals and performance objectives. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the cyclical nature of the grocery industry, team members are required to work varying shifts and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflect the Company's operating requirements.
