Your Contributions

• Conduct thorough evaluations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric clients utilizing standardized tests and clinical observations.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to both immediate goals and broader communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.
• Deliver personal speech therapy interventions centered on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges.
• Partner with other healthcare professionals, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Provide essential education to patients and families to promote progress during sessions and beyond.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, supporting a consistent care journey.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and guidelines.
• Engage in continuing education to stay abreast of advancements in the field and promote peer collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if not yet ASHA-certified.

Necessary Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be completed within 30 days of joining.
