We offer HCA Training, apply now to learn more!Our office is located in Tumwater, and we proudly serve Tumwater, Olympia, Yelm, Lacey, Shelton, and the surrounding areas. We offer multiple shifts and do our best to keep you working close to your preferred area.HCA/CNA certification is a huge plus; however, we are also willing to train and offer paid HCA Training! Our HCA training program spans 2 weeks, running Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, at our Tumwater office. Completion of this program is required for candidates who are not currently certified as an HCA or CNA in the state of Washington.Pay: $22/hr + paid training and mileage reimbursementWhat We're Looking for in Caregiver Applicants:Weekend availability every weekendCaregivers who are able to transport clients in their vehicle - we reimburse mileage!Caregivers that can commute to Shelton, WA and Olympia/Tumwater, WA if looking for full-time hoursHCA or CNA certified caregivers (preferred)Willingness to perform all levels of care including peri/personal hygiene care and transfers or be willing to learn!Example Shifts Include (But Are Not Limited To):9 a.m.–4 p.m.8 a.m.–1 p.m.10 a.m.–12 p.m.1 p.m.–4 p.m.4 p.m.-8 p.m.Caregiver Job Duties:Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?We Equip You: Become a professional caregiver with our support.
