About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice Chancellor for Institutional Advancement to provide strategic leadership in philanthropic growth, sustainability, and the advancement of institutional priorities. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, mission-driven leader responsible for guiding fundraising, alumni engagement, and strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in aligning these efforts with the company's mission, promoting accountability, transparency, and effective stewardship. The Vice Chancellor will work closely with senior leadership, the Foundation, and the Alumni Association to ensure coordinated, high-impact advancement efforts, and will personally cultivate major donors while leading a relationship-centered strategy to strengthen alumni connections and expand philanthropic support.
