Small Engine Technician
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Small Engine Technician for a well-established company in Grand Forks, ND. If you have experience working on small engines and enjoy diagnosing and repairing equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality workmanship and mechanical expertise.
Pay- $25.00–$35.00/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment.
- Perform repairs on Arctic Cat and Ferris products, including:
- Snowmobiles
- Side-by-sides (UTVs)
- Lawn mowers
- Complete engine repairs and rebuilds.
- Repair and replace clutches, wheel bearings, suspension components, and other mechanical parts.
- Assemble new equipment and perform pre-delivery inspections.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Complete repair documentation and communicate with the service team as needed.
- Previous experience as a Small Engine Technician or in a similar mechanical repair role preferred.
- Knowledge of gasoline-powered engines and mechanical systems.
- Experience with powersports equipment, lawn equipment, or recreational vehicles is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
