REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA) – FULL-TIME

SCHEDULE, FULL TIME

• Tuesday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Chairside assisting for general, cosmetic, and full-mouth rehabilitation procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Take digital radiographs
• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Monitor and manage inventory
• Assist in creating a comfortable, positive patient experience
• Support the clinical team and help maintain efficient patient flow

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active RDA license
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Open to learning, feedback, and professional growth

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with Open Dental
• Experience with digital scanning
• Familiarity with clear aligner treatment
• Ability to adjust temporary or permanent crowns
• Cosmetic dentistry experience is a plus
