Frontier Behavioral & Mental Health Clinic is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position allows for remote work while providing high-quality mental health services to clients at our Hospice Center in McDonough, Georgia. This remote position provides flexibility, allowing clinicians to maintain a work-life balance while supporting clients from the comfort of their own space. Full-time employees are expected to accommodate clients’ various schedules, which may include evening and weekend hours. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status, strengths, and resources for effective intervention strategies.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, along with risk assessments and safety planning when necessary to manage acute mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups that empower clients and promote community healing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this position.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to ensure effective practices.

• Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, allowing for meaningful engagement with clients and their families.

While not mandatory, candidates possessing additional experience in specialized therapeutic practices, such as family therapy or play therapy, will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is beneficial for efficiently managing client information and documentation tasks.
