Industrial Painter | Delaware, OH Immediate Openings Available
Acloché is currently hiring Industrial Painters for a leading manufacturing facility in Delaware, Ohio ! If you're experienced with industrial painting and looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation- Clean and prepare surfaces for painting by removing old coatings, sanding, masking, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paints and coatings using spray equipment while maintaining consistent quality and coverage.
- Select, mix, and prepare paints and coatings according to specifications to achieve the desired color, finish, and durability.
- Safely operate and maintain spray painting equipment and related tools.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to ensure equipment remains in excellent working condition.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Make adjustments and touch-ups as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Previous industrial painting experience in a manufacturing or production environment required.
- Proficient with spray painting equipment, painting tools, and coating applications.
- Strong understanding of painting safety practices and material handling procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Manufacturing facility is not climate controlled and temperatures may vary throughout the year.
Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
